Welcome Back! I hope your family had a great summer and are ready for an awesome year at Arp Elementary School. We are very excited to have your child in our school. We have high expectations for a fun and exciting year of learning! I think I speak for the entire Arp Staff; it is wonderful to be back in school!!
As we return to school, we hope to keep things much the same, but we will be making a few adjustments to support a safe environment and keep our school open. This includes the use of a mask/face covering, washing/sanitizing hands, increase in cleaning high use areas, practicing social distancing (when appropriate), daily temperature checks, and answering health questions daily. Please refer to the Arp Elementary Smart Start plan on the school webpage for more details.
We have scheduled our Arp Kick-off for students and parents on Friday, August 28th. Primary grades will host families from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and Intermediate grades will host families outside from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Families with multiple grades are encouraged to come from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Please make your way to the field/playground area via the southwest grade (signage to assist). Teachers will be stationed at tables by grade level outside to promote social distancing. We encourage all to attend, meet your teachers, and get ready to kick-off the 2021-2022 school year.
Together, we are going to make this a great school year!
